I like my apartment on the side where I am, i was one of the lucky ones to get one of the new apartments that was newly painted with new stove and fridge so I have nothing to complain about at this time. Yes apartments are under construction, but when its done it will be to our benefit. Not a bad place to live. Usually quite. Maintenance is quick to fix minor problems like clogged drains, caulking the bath tub. Staff is nice and courteous. The pool could be maintained better. The water is almost always cloudy. We stopped swimming in it about a year ago because of it. Overall ok.
