I have lived in the citrus apartments for 3 years and have had a great experience here. The apartment staff is great! They help you out with whatever maintenance or help u need within a timely matter. The units are remodeled so it makes everything more clean looking. I have not had a bad experience here .

Awsome awsome from the time Felicia got here. She has made major improvements. So far she has been the best property manager we have had. She fights for us and handles whats in her control. I see some negative reviews and im sure thats cause u only hear the bad. I know for a fact that when she leaves (which i hope she doesn't) lots of renters will be leaving even if they have to break thier lease because she has been the one to show her renters that she cares for us and always has and puts her heart into all she does. She has fixed and made so many changes that if it wasnt for her we would move out. Keep up the great work and we appreciate u! Go Felicia !!

Phelicia and staff are the best. They are quick to help with any concerns or questions I may have. They recently updated laundry room to have an online payment option. Itâs such a convenient feature just in case you donât have quarters. Iâve been here 3 years and absolutely love it. Thank you Phelicia for everything!

Not a bad place to live. Usually quite. Maintenance is quick to fix minor problems like clogged drains, caulking the bath tub. Staff is nice and courteous. The pool could be maintained better. The water is almost always cloudy. We stopped swimming in it about a year ago because of it. Overall ok.

I love Citrus Court!! Our move in was easy peasy and Phelicia is awesome! Donât ever let her go. She is very friendly, nice and professional. When you need her she is there for you. Thank you for making things easy for us ð Well Yesterday was bittersweet for the Portilla Family, we had to suddenly move due to health reason that were beyond my control. But living at Citrus Court was a pleasure, The manager Phelicia was professional, friendly Manager. She would always make time to hear you out and be there as a manager should be. Maintenance crew are on their toes making sure everything was in order and when ask for service theyâll response as quick as possible. Thank you Mateo and Angel. Iâll miss my very nice apartment and the great Nieghbors I had.

I like my apartment on the side where I am, i was one of the lucky ones to get one of the new apartments that was newly painted with new stove and fridge so I have nothing to complain about at this time. Yes apartments are under construction, but when its done it will be to our benefit. People should stop complaining and help keep the apartments clean so that they stay looking nice after they finish renovating them. I've had nothing but pleasant encounters with management, they are doing there job as best they can, renters shouldn't be so hard on them. They have bosses just like you have bosses, they're doing what they are told to do so you should cut them some slack. Everything takes time, in the end the apartments are going to look great. Keep up the hard work four winds.
